Hey there,

thanks for scrolling by.

I’m Cailin & movement has always been home to me. My hope is that my movement and works spark connection with those involved in its creation as well as all who come to experience it: whether that’s introspective connections, connections with others, or connections to your greater communities. To dance is to give, and in my movement practice and work I find vulnerability and relentless giving of the self to be the best practice.

Dance and movement are simultaneously the most under-appreciated art form as well as the most readily available. We all have bodies and senses to inspire, and we’re all in constant motion every day. I see movement everywhere. I see how it shapes our perspective of someone or something, and I see how it can comfort, intrigue, ignite, & inspire. And that’s why I’m here, to help people discover their connection to movement and use it to engage with those around them.

The only constant is change, & there is no change without movement. So let’s keep moving, and if you need help doing so, connect below!
