Dance Wellness Week 7

I have not been extremely diligent in making sure to stretch both my calves and quads after my morning classes. I have been noticing even more tightness in my quads so I have actually been rolling and stretching those out after class more than my calves. I have not noticed much of a difference right now but that would be due to lack of doing the actual exercise so I will try to more diligent with that.
